The Tri-City ValleyCats of the New York-Pennsylvania League ended the 2007 season with a record of 27 wins and 47 losses, finishing fourth in the league's Stedler Division.

The ValleyCats plated 308 runs and surrendered 434 runs, most in the league. Brandon Barnes paced Tri-City with 10 home runs and accounted for 41 RBI. Matt Cusick led hitters with significant playing time by connecting at a .306 clip, while Jeff Icenogle recorded a 2.36 ERA, leading pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.
