The Vermont Expos of the New York-Pennsylvania League ended the 1995 season with a record of 49 wins and 27 losses, finishing first in the league's McNamara Division.

The Expos scored 354 runs and allowed 282 runs. D. C. Olsen drove in 44 runs. Ed Bady topped all qualifying hitters on the roster with a .329 average. Chris Weidert led the squad with 11 wins and a team-best 1.8 ERA, tops among qualifying pitchers.

Michael Barrett, Troy Mattes, José Macias, José Fernández, Jeremy Powell, J. D. Smart and Orlando Cabrera were all players from the 1995 Vermont Expos who played in the Majors during their careers.
