The Williamsport Grays of the Eastern League ended the 1954 season with a record of 63 wins and 77 losses, finishing seventh in the EL.

The Grays plated 568 runs and surrendered 623 runs, most in the league. George Wopinek paced Williamsport with 16 home runs and accounted for 86 RBI. Roy LeFevre led all qualifying hitters on the roster by connecting at a .287 clip. Don Dangleis topped the squad with 13 wins and a team-best 2.9 ERA, leading hurlers with significant time on the mound.

Don Carlsen, Bobby Del Greco, Harry Fisher, Fred Green, Bill Hall, Sam Hill and Bill Mazeroski were all players from the 1954 Williamsport Grays who played in the Majors during their careers.

Larry Shepard served as manager.
