The Binghamton Triplets of the Eastern League ended the 1962 season with a record of 60 wins and 80 losses, finishing sixth in the EL.

The Triplets scored 603 runs and surrendered 704 runs, most in the circuit. Ken Harrelson walloped 38 home runs for Binghamton and drove in 138 runs. Ossie Chavarria paced all qualifying hitters on the roster by connecting at a .285 clip. Paul Seitz topped the team with 16 wins, while Granny Hamner recorded a 2.03 ERA, best among regular hurlers.
