The Potashes scored 902 runs and conceded 887 runs. Jim Basso led Carlsbad with 24 home runs, while Pete Traina and Ike Palmer walloped 15 or more also. Ike Palmer drove in 124 runs and topped batters with significant playing time by connecting at a .381 clip. Alfred Diez and Richard Jack paced the squad with 13 wins each, and Alfred Diez recorded a 4.3 ERA, best among pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.
