Perry Werden hit 42 and 45 home runs over the short fences. His teams averaged more than 10 runs/game, but finished no better than fourth each year. Butler Square occupies the site, today. Minneapolis' first, and only, big league game was played October 2, 1891, until the Twins came in 1961. The Millers were evicted May 23, 1896 from their park.
