Clarkson Park

SE of intersection of Livingston & Center.
Capacity: 1,500; 3,400 (1909); 4,000 largest crowd
Clarkson Park, named for John Clarkson, the Hall of Fame pitcher who played once in Bay City, is located in back of the National Chicory Factory. The park was destroyed by fire in March 1927, then abandoned. A supermarket now occupies the site.
