Luna Park
Location: San Jose, CABerryessa & Milpitas Roads, at the edge of Coyote Creek.
Opened November 14, 1909, Ingersoll Amusement Company built Luna Park outside of town for $50,000. It has been torn down, and a car axle plant now stands there. A 1915 map shows the ballpark just NE of the amusement park, which included a dance hall, a scenic railway, picnic grounds, and rides. The catcher faced WNW.
