The San Diego Padres of the National League ended the 2025 season with a record of 90 wins and 72 losses, finishing second in the NL's West Division.
The Padres led the league with just 621 runs allowed. San Diego scored 702 runs. Manny Machado paced the squad with 27 home runs, while Fernando Tatis, Jackson Merrill and Gavin Sheets each walloped 20 or more as well. Manny Machado drove in 95 runs. Luis Arraez topped batters with significant playing time by hitting .292. Adrian Morejon and Nick Pivetta paced the squad with 13 wins each, and Nick Pivetta recorded a 2.87 ERA, best among regularly-used pitchers.
