George Bell paced the team with 28 home runs, while Lloyd Moseby, Willie Upshaw, Ernie Whitt and Jesse Barfield each walloped 20 or more as well. George Bell drove in 95 runs. Tony Fernandez and Jesse Barfield led all regular hitters by hitting .289. Doyle Alexander topped the squad with 17 wins, and Dave Stieb recorded a 2.48 ERA, leading regularly-used pitchers.

Bobby Cox coached the team. The 1985 Toronto Blue Jays qualified for the playoffs as a division winner.
