Anthony Calvillo led the charge, slinging for 4,639 yards. Ben Cahoon paced all receivers, grabbing 89 passes, while Kerry Watkins accumulated 1,243 receiving yards. Jamel Richardson was targeted regularly also.

Avon Cobourne carried the ball for a team-best 1,214 yards.

The opportunistic defense led the way with 63 turnovers, topping in the league. Jerald Brown and Matthieu Proulx each picked off 4 opponent throws. John Bowman topped pass rushers with 11 quarterback sacks, leading the way for a team which created 42 sacks.

Marc Trestman coached the team. The 2009 Montreal Alouettes won the Grey Cup.
