The BC Lions of the Canadian Football League ended the 1990 season with a record of 6 wins and 11 losses and 1 ties for 13 points, finishing fourth in the CFL's West Division.

The Lions scored 520 points, but the leaky defense allowed 620. Doug Flutie tossed for 2,960 yards, and Joe Paopao took a significant amount of snaps, too. Ray Alexander topped pass catchers, grabbing 65 passes for 1,120 yards, while Jay Christensen and Larry Willis contributed to the receiving game as well.

Doug Flutie carried the ball for a team-leading 662 yards for BC, while Chris Skinner also buoyed the ground attack.

Willie Pless picked off 5 opponent throws. Doug Landry led the defensive unit with 5 sacks.

Jim Young, Lary Kuharich and Bob O'Billovich coached the team.
