The Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League ended the 2019 season with a record of 12 wins and 6 losses, finishing second in the CFL's West Division.

The Stampeders scored 482 points, and the defensive squad conceded 407. Bo Levi Mitchell led the charge, slinging for 3,464 yards, and Nick Arbuckle spent time under center, too. Reggie Begelton led the receiving corps, grabbing 102 receptions for 1,444 yards. Eric Rogers contributed to the receiving game also.

Ka'Deem Carey carried the ball for a team-high 422 yards for Calgary.

Tre Roberson picked off 7 opponent throws. Cordarro Law topped the defensive unit with 10 quarterback sacks.

Dave Dickenson coached the team. The 2019 Calgary Stampeders lost in the Division Semifinal.
