The Eskimos racked up 396 points, but the defense allowed 450. David Archer tossed for 2,860 yards, and Jimmy Kemp took a significant amount of snaps, too. Don Blair snagged 64 passes for 1,091 yards, while Troy Mills contributed to the receiving game also.

Troy Mills ran for a team-best 813 yards for Edmonton.

Dwayne Provo picked off 6 errant tosses from the opposition. Malvin Hunter topped the defensive unit with 13 quarterback sacks, helping propel the defense to an overall total of 48 sacks.

Kay Stephenson coached the team. The 1998 Edmonton Eskimos lost in the Division Final.
