The Altoona Curve of the Eastern League ended the 2007 season with a record of 73 wins and 68 losses, finishing third in the league's South Division.

The Curve plated 636 runs and surrendered 643 runs. Adam Boeve paced Altoona with 17 home runs Steve Pearce drove in 72 runs. Neil Walker led all qualifying hitters on the roster with a .288 average. Luis Munoz topped the squad with 12 wins and a team-best 3.64 ERA, tops among regularly-used pitchers.

Andrew McCutchen, Russ Johnson, Ronald Belisario, Michael Crotta, Jason Roach, Peter Bergeron, Alay Soler, Rómulo Sánchez, Yoslán Herrera, Chris Truby, Randy Ruiz, José Paniagua, Dave Davidson, Steve Pearce, Todd Redmond, Dewon Brazelton, Carlos Maldonado and Neil Walker were all players from the 2007 Altoona Curve who played in the Majors during their careers.
