The Altoona Curve of the Eastern League ended the 2007 season with a record of 73 wins and 68 losses, finishing third in the league's South Division.

The Curve plated 636 runs and surrendered 643 runs. Adam Boeve paced Altoona with 17 home runs Steve Pearce drove in 72 runs. Neil Walker led all qualifying hitters on the roster with a .288 average. Luis Munoz topped the squad with 12 wins and a team-best 3.64 ERA, tops among regularly-used pitchers.

Rómulo Sánchez, Randy Ruiz, Peter Bergeron, Yoslán Herrera, Chris Truby, José Paniagua, Dave Davidson, Russ Johnson, Michael Crotta, Andrew McCutchen, Jason Roach, Ronald Belisario, Todd Redmond, Dewon Brazelton, Steve Pearce, Neil Walker, Alay Soler and Carlos Maldonado were all players from the 2007 Altoona Curve who played in the Majors during their careers.
