The Altoona Curve of the Eastern League ended the 2010 season with a record of 82 wins and 60 losses, finishing first in the league's Western Division.

The Curve plated 688 runs and allowed 560 runs. Héctor Giménez paced Altoona with 16 home runs, and Matt Hague walloped 15 or more, too. Matt Hague drove in 86 runs. Josh Harrison led all regular hitters with a .300 average. Jared Hughes and Rudy Owens topped the squad with 12 wins each, while Rudy Owens recorded a 2.46 ERA, leading regular hurlers.
