The Altoona Curve of the Eastern League ended the 2012 season with a record of 72 wins and 70 losses, finishing third in the league's Western Division.

The Curve scored 605 runs and gave up 569 runs. Quincy Latimore paced Altoona with 15 home runs Matt Curry drove in 76 runs and topped all regular batters with a .285 average. Brandon Cumpton led the squad with 12 wins and a team-best 3.85 earned run average, tops among pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.
