The Auburn Doubledays of the New York-Pennsylvania League ended the 2004 season with a record of 50 wins and 24 losses, finishing first in the league's Pinckney Division.

The Doubledays plated 427 runs, tops in the circuit. Auburn yielded 296 runs. Chip Cannon and Brian Hall paced the squad with 10 home runs apiece. Adam Lind recorded 50 runs batted in and topped all regular batters by connecting at a .312 clip. Juan Perez led the team with 6 wins, while Casey McKenzie registered a 3.78 earned run average, leading qualifying pitchers.

Dewon Day, Erik Kratz, Curtis Thigpen, David Purcey, Adam Lind, Zach Jackson, Eugenio Vélez and Casey Janssen were all players from the 2004 Auburn Doubledays who played in the Majors during their careers.
