The Cyclones scored 305 runs and conceded 268 runs. Luis Rivera drove in 34 runs and topped all regular batters by connecting at a .297 clip. Mark Cohoon paced the team with 9 wins, while Brandon Moore recorded a 2.09 ERA, tops among regular hurlers.

Carlos Beltrán, Ángel Berroa, Juan Centeno, Andy Green, Collin McHugh, Óliver Pérez and Jordany Valdespin were all players from the 2009 Brooklyn Cyclones who played in the Majors during their careers.
