The Brooklyn Cyclones of the New York-Pennsylvania League ended the 2010 season with a record of 51 wins and 24 losses, finishing first in the league's McNamara Division.

The Cyclones topped the circuit with just 289 runs allowed. Brooklyn scored 405 runs. Cory Vaughn paced the team with 14 home runs and drove in 56 runs. Darrell Ceciliani topped all regular batters by connecting at a .351 clip. Chris Hilliard paced the squad with 9 wins, while Yohan Almonte recorded a 1.92 ERA, tops among regular hurlers.
