The Capital City Bombers of the South Atlantic League ended the 2003 season with a record of 73 wins and 65 losses, finishing fifth in the league's Southern Division.

The Bombers scored 612 runs and allowed 560 runs. Blake Whealy led Capital City with 12 home runs Aarom Baldiris accounted for 68 RBI and topped all qualifying hitters on the roster with a .313 average. Miguel Pinango paced the squad with 13 wins and a team-best 3.47 earned run average, best among pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.
