The Camden Riversharks of the Atlantic League ended the 2003 season with a record of 78 wins and 48 losses, finishing first in the league's South Division.

The Riversharks topped the league with just 493 runs allowed. Camden scored 613 runs. Bryon Gainey led the squad with 19 home runs, while Ángel Peña, Dwight Maness and Stoney Briggs each walloped 15 or more also. Dwight Maness drove in 77 runs. Brad Strauss paced batters with significant playing time by connecting at a .331 clip. Ben Simon paced the team with 15 wins and a team-best 2.69 ERA, best among hurlers with significant time on the mound.

Ángel Peña, Bryan Ward, Chris Peters, Kevin Jordan, Alex Delgado, Kane Davis, Todd Rizzo and David Moraga were all players from the 2003 Camden Riversharks who played in the Majors during their careers.
