The Camden Riversharks of the Atlantic League ended the 2004 season with a record of 76 wins and 49 losses, finishing first in the league's Southern Division.

The Riversharks topped the circuit with just 529 runs allowed. Camden scored 665 runs. Troy Cameron and Chris Widger paced the team with 16 home runs apiece., and Ryan Jones walloped 15 or more, too. Ryan Jones drove in 85 runs. Quincy Foster led hitters with significant playing time by connecting at a .330 clip. Linc Mikkelsen paced the squad with 12 wins and a team-best 3.02 earned run average, tops among hurlers with significant time on the mound.
