The Everett AquaSox of the Northwest League ended the 2006 season with a record of 31 wins and 45 losses, finishing fourth in the league's West Division.

The AquaSox scored 313 runs and surrendered 404 runs. Manelik Pimentel led Everett with 10 home runs and accounted for 42 RBI. Bryan Sabatella paced all qualifying hitters on the roster by hitting .261, while Natividad Dilone registered a 3.38 earned run average, best among qualifying pitchers.

Austin Bibens-Dirkx, Adam Moore, Chris Tillman, Greg Halman, Carlos Peguero, Kam Mickolio and Doug Fister were all players from the 2006 Everett AquaSox who played in the Majors during their careers.
