The Islanders scored 730 runs and allowed 731 runs. Stan Palys walloped 33 home runs for Hawaii, while Tom Satriano, Hap Richie and Carlos Bernier each swatted 15 or more, too. Stan Palys drove in 91 runs and topped all regular batters by hitting .332. Dick Egan led the team with 17 wins, and Ben Johnson recorded a 3.11 ERA, best among hurlers with significant time on the mound.
