The Hollywood Stars of the Pacific Coast League ended the 1951 season with a record of 93 wins and 74 losses, finishing second in the PCL.

The Stars allowed 652 runs, least in the league. Hollywood plated 778 runs. Frankie Kelleher paced the squad with 28 home runs, and George Schmees walloped 15 or more also. George Schmees accounted for 100 RBI and topped all qualifying hitters on the roster by hitting .328. Ben Wade led the team with 16 wins, while Jack Salveson, too added 15 or more wins, too Ben Wade earned a 2.61 ERA, leading regular hurlers.
