The Stars topped the circuit with just 599 runs allowed. Hollywood scored 741 runs. Dale Long led the squad with 23 home runs, while Jack Phillips and Lee Walls walloped 15 or more also. Lee Walls recorded 93 runs batted in. Jack Phillips paced batters with significant playing time by hitting .300. Roger Bowman paced the squad with 22 wins, and Red Munger, Lino Donoso and Mel Queen each also added 15 or more victories also Red Munger recorded a 2.32 ERA, best among hurlers with significant time on the mound.
