The Las Vegas 51s of the Pacific Coast League ended the 2010 season with a record of 66 wins and 78 losses, finishing fourth in the league's South Division of the Pacific Conference.

The 51s plated 838 runs and surrendered 973 runs, most in the league. J. P. Arencibia walloped 32 home runs for Las Vegas, while Jarrett Hoffpauir, Brett Wallace and Chris Lubanski each swatted 20 or more, too. J. P. Arencibia accounted for 85 RBI and topped all regular hitters with a .301 average. Josh Roenicke paced the team with 9 wins, and Lance Broadway registered a 7.66 earned run average, leading pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.
