The Lancaster Barnstormers of the Atlantic League ended the 2007 season with a record of 57 wins and 69 losses, finishing first in the league's Southern Division.

The Barnstormers plated 646 runs and gave up 689 runs. Jeremy Todd paced Lancaster with 24 home runs, while Dominick Ambrosini, Danny Gonzalez, Jutt Hileman and Lance Burkhart each walloped 15 or more also. Jutt Hileman drove in 82 runs. Dominick Ambrosini topped all regular hitters with a .316 average. Josh Stevens led the squad with 10 wins and a team-best 4.1 ERA, tops among hurlers with significant time on the mound.

Eric Crozier, Bo Hart, Félix José, Phil Norton, Chris Brock, Clayton Andrews, Scott Sobkowiak and Félix Martínez were all players from the 2007 Lancaster Barnstormers who played in the Majors during their careers.

Tom Herr served as manager.
