The Lynchburg Hillcats of the Carolina League ended the 2007 season with a record of 55 wins and 82 losses, finishing fourth in the league's North Division.

The Hillcats plated 626 runs and allowed 750 runs, most in the circuit. Jamie Romak paced Lynchburg with 15 home runs Brad Corley drove in 89 runs and topped batters with significant playing time by connecting at a .285 clip. Kyle Bloom paced the team with 9 wins, while Jean Garavito recorded a 4.26 ERA, tops among pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.

Jairo Asencio, Ronald Belisario, Einar Díaz, Steven Lerud, Dustin Molleken, Steve Pearce, Todd Redmond and Jamie Romak were all players from the 2007 Lynchburg Hillcats who played in the Majors during their careers.
