The Lynchburg Hillcats of the Carolina League ended the 2010 season with a record of 61 wins and 77 losses, finishing fourth in the league's Northern Division.

The Hillcats scored 555 runs, worst in the league, and surrendered 643 runs. Neftali Soto paced Lynchburg with 21 home runs, while Cody Puckett walloped 15 or more, too. Neftali Soto drove in 73 runs. Cody Puckett led all qualifying hitters on the roster by connecting at a .277 clip. Jordan Hotchkiss topped the squad with 10 wins and a team-best 2.31 earned run average, tops among hurlers with significant time on the mound.
