The Lynchburg Hillcats of the Carolina League ended the 2015 season with a record of 72 wins and 68 losses, finishing first in the league's North Division.

The Hillcats led the league with 660 runs, spearheaded by 98 home runs. Lynchburg yielded 595 runs. Nellie Rodriguez paced the team with 17 home runs, and Clint Frazier walloped 15 or more, too. Nellie Rodriguez accounted for 84 RBI. Clint Frazier topped batters with significant playing time by connecting at a .285 clip. Michael Peoples and D. J. Brown paced the squad with 11 wins each, while Michael Peoples registered a 3.43 earned run average, best among hurlers with significant time on the mound.
