The Lancaster JetHawks of the California League ended the 1999 season with a record of 55 wins and 85 losses, finishing fifth in the league's South Division.

The JetHawks scored 812 runs and yielded 915 runs, most in the circuit. Peanut Williams led Lancaster with 26 home runs, while Jason Regan and Greg Connors walloped 15 or more as well. Greg Connors drove in 84 runs. Jermaine Clark paced all regular hitters by connecting at a .315 clip. Greg Wooten topped the squad with 10 wins and a team-best 4.34 ERA, best among hurlers with significant time on the mound.

Justin Kaye, Chris Mears, Brian Fitzgerald, Jeff Farnsworth, Allan Simpson, Jermaine Clark and Brian Sweeney were all players from the 1999 Lancaster JetHawks who played in the Majors during their careers.
