The Lancaster JetHawks of the California League ended the 2012 season with a record of 74 wins and 66 losses, finishing second in the league's South Division.

The JetHawks scored 843 runs and yielded 786 runs. Telvin Nash led Lancaster with 29 home runs, while George Springer, Domingo Santana and Erik Castro each walloped 15 or more as well. Erik Castro drove in 108 runs. George Springer paced all qualifying hitters on the roster by connecting at a .316 clip. David Martínez and Tyson Perez topped the team with 9 wins each, and David Martínez registered a 4.38 earned run average, best among pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.
