The Lansing Lugnuts of the Midwest League ended the 2011 season with a record of 77 wins and 60 losses, finishing second in the league's Eastern Division.

The Lugnuts scored 691 runs and yielded 636 runs. Marcus Knecht led Lansing with 16 home runs and drove in 86 runs. Jake Marisnick paced batters with significant playing time by hitting .320. Casey Lawrence topped the squad with 11 wins and a team-best 3.09 earned run average, best among hurlers with significant time on the mound.
