The Red Roses scored 722 runs and gave up 709 runs. Joseph Pahr led all regular batters by connecting at a .336 clip. George Erath topped Lancaster with 13 wins, while Carl Duser recorded a 3.84 ERA, best among hurlers with significant time on the mound.

Carl Duser played in Major League Baseball during his career, the only member of the Lancaster Red Roses to do so.

Kemp Wicker, Lena Blackburne and Buddy Walker served as manager.
