The Modesto A's of the California League ended the 1994 season with a record of 96 wins and 40 losses, finishing first in the league's North Division.

The A's allowed 482 runs, least in the league. Modesto plated 718 runs. Jason White paced the team with 22 home runs, while Creighton Gubanich, Tony Batista and Tim Killeen each walloped 15 or more as well. Tim Killeen drove in 75 runs. Brian Lesher led hitters with significant playing time with a .290 average. Stacy Hollins topped the squad with 13 wins, and Steve Lemke recorded a 2.33 ERA, leading hurlers with significant time on the mound.
