The Oklahoma RedHawks of the Pacific Coast League ended the 1999 season with a record of 83 wins and 59 losses, finishing first in the league's East Division of the American Conference.

The RedHawks plated 787 runs and yielded 696 runs. Scott Sheldon paced Oklahoma with 28 home runs, while Rubén Mateo and Pedro Valdés walloped 15 or more, too. Scott Sheldon drove in 97 runs. Pedro Valdés led hitters with significant playing time by connecting at a .327 clip. Matt Perisho topped the team with 15 wins and a team-best 4.61 ERA, leading regularly-used pitchers.
