The Swing of the Quad Cities of the Midwest League ended the 2006 season with a record of 76 wins and 61 losses, finishing second in the league's West Division.

The Swing scored 694 runs and conceded 577 runs. Randy Roth led Quad Cities with 18 home runs, and Tyler Greene walloped 15 or more, too. Randy Roth drove in 67 runs and topped all regular batters by hitting .307. Trey Hearne paced the squad with 12 wins and a team-best 2.25 ERA, tops among regularly-used pitchers.
