The Swing of the Quad Cities of the Midwest League ended the 2007 season with a record of 78 wins and 61 losses, finishing second in the league's West Division.

The Swing scored 625 runs and allowed 552 runs. Brandon Buckman paced Quad Cities with 14 home runs Christian Reyes accounted for 63 RBI. Daryl Jones led all regular batters by hitting .217. Brandon Dickson topped the squad with 11 wins and a team-best 3.5 earned run average, tops among pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.

Tommy Pham, Tony Cruz, Steven Hill, Donovan Solano, Brandon Dickson, Clayton Mortensen, C. J. Fick and P. J. Walters were all players from the 2007 Swing of the Quad Cities who played in the Majors during their careers.
