The Chiefs plated 476 runs, worst in the league, and gave up 659 runs, most in the circuit. Lawrence Clayton and Tommy Matchick paced Syracuse with 12 home runs apiece. Tommy Matchick accounted for 54 RBI. Bill Tuttle led all qualifying hitters on the roster by hitting .271. Bill Graham topped the squad with 13 wins and a team-best 3.68 ERA, tops among regularly-used pitchers.
