The Salem Rebels of the Carolina League ended the 1969 season with a record of 78 wins and 66 losses, finishing first in the league's West Division.

The Rebels scored 620 runs and allowed 610 runs. Lou Quinn led Salem with 20 home runs Mel Civil recorded 83 runs batted in. Lou Quinn topped all regular hitters with a .314 average. John Lamb paced the squad with 11 wins, while Bob Cluck earned a 2.25 ERA, best among pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.
