The Seattle Rainiers of the Pacific Coast League ended the 1941 season with a record of 104 wins and 70 losses, finishing first in the PCL.

The Rainiers conceded 627 runs, the lowest total in the circuit. Seattle plated 758 runs. Bill Matheson paced the squad with 12 home runs Les Scarsella drove in 110 runs and topped hitters with significant playing time by hitting .322. Dick Barrett and Hal Turpin led the squad with 20 wins each, while Hal Turpin recorded a 2.51 ERA, leading pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.
