The Tucson Cowboys of the Arizona-Mexico League ended the 1958 season with a record of 66 wins and 54 losses, finishing second in the AAL.

The Cowboys paced the circuit with just 678 runs allowed. Tucson scored 762 runs. Gary Rushing walloped 30 home runs for the team, while Jose Cesar swatted 15 or more, too. Gary Rushing drove in 114 runs. Harry Dunlop led batters with significant playing time by hitting .349. Wade Hammond and William Walsh topped the team with 14 wins each, and Kermit Kowalk recorded a 3.04 ERA, best among regular hurlers.

Diego Seguí played in Major League Baseball during his career, the only member of the Tucson Cowboys to do so.

Harry Dunlop served as manager.
