The Winston-Salem Warthogs of the Carolina League ended the 2007 season with a record of 64 wins and 74 losses, finishing third in the league's South Division.

The Warthogs plated 607 runs and conceded 647 runs. Micah Schnurstein paced Winston-Salem with 25 home runs, and David Cook walloped 15 or more, too. Micah Schnurstein recorded 84 runs batted in. Javier Castillo topped batters with significant playing time with a .288 average. Derek Rodriguez led the team with 14 wins, while Clayton Richard registered a 3.63 earned run average, leading pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.

Paulo Orlando, Jon Link, Fautino De Los Santos, Clayton Richard, Carlos Torres, Aaron Cunningham and Brian Omogrosso were all players from the 2007 Winston-Salem Warthogs who played in the Majors during their careers.
