The South Carolina Stingrays of the ECHL ended the 2015-16 season with a record of 44 wins and 18 losses (and 7 overtime losses), with a 3-3 showing in shootouts for 98 points finishing first in the ECHL's South Division.
The Stingrays paced the league with just 162 goals allowed. South Carolina scored 224 goals. Stephan Vigier netted 24 goals for the squad, while David Pacan contributed 42 assists. Mark Dekanich topped the team with 20 wins, and Vitek Vanecek added 15 or more wins, too. Vitek Vanecek recorded a 2.02 goals against average, leading goaltenders with enough qualifying appearances.
