Haight Street Grounds

Location: San Francisco, CA
Stanyan, Waller, Cole & Frederick Streets.
Capacity: 14,000 (1887)
Opened by James Fair, the park, at the terminus of the streetcar line until 1895, encompassed a four-block area. Several Oakland clubs played here, the Greenhood & Moran club. The park site abuts Gold Gate Park.
