The baseball field was at the Agricultural County Fairgrounds. The park was the site of first perfect game in NL history by J. Lee Richmond and the first double-header, that is, two games for one admission. It was also the site of the lowest paid attendance in MLB history-2. Major League games were played here in 1874 and 1887 by Boston & Washington teams. Today, Becker College sits on the site where there is a commemorative plaque to the NL Brown Stockings.
