The Eskimos lit up the scoreboard for 540 points, and the stingy defense yielded 365. Matt Dunigan triggered the aerial attack, passing for 3,648 yards. Milson Jones paced all receivers, snagging 55 passes, while Stephen Jones accumulated 922 receiving yards. Rick House, Chris Skinner and Brian Kelly each contributed to the receiving game, too.

Chris Skinner ran for a team-best 605 yards for Edmonton, and Matt Dunigan also contributed to the rushing attack.

Cliff Toney picked off 5 errant tosses from the opposition. Stewart Hill topped pass rushers with 17 quarterback sacks.

Jackie Parker coached the team. The 1986 Edmonton Eskimos lost in the Grey Cup.
