The Georgia Swarm of the National Lacrosse League ended the 2017 season with a record of 13 wins and 5 losses, in the NLL's Eastern Division, and compiled a postseason mark of 4-0.
The Swarm topped the league with 266 goals. Georgia surrendered 213 goals. Lyle Thompson scored 45 goals for the squad, while Randy Staats, Miles Thompson, Shayne Jackson and Kiel Matisz each tallied twenty-five or more, too. Lyle Thompson contributed 71 assists. Mike Poulin recorded 12 wins for the team and a team-best 11.78 goals against average, leading regular keepers.
